Onboarding requirements
To keep our shippers' freight safe, every carrier must meet these criteria:
- Active interstate authority (MC number) for at least 6 months
- Satisfactory FMCSA safety rating
- Minimum $1,000,000 auto liability insurance
- Minimum $100,000 cargo insurance
- Proper load securement equipment (chains, straps, binders, tarps)

How do I apply as a carrier partner?
Fill out the onboarding form on this page. Our compliance team then reviews your USDOT safety rating, MC authority history and active insurance.
What equipment configurations does WolfWay coordinate?
Mostly flatbeds, step decks, double drops and conestogas. Every dispatched carrier must carry proper chains, straps, edge protectors and steel or lumber tarps.
What are your payment terms?
We pay promptly once we receive clean proof of delivery (POD) documents. Standard payment schedules and quick-pay terms are both available.
Are owner operators welcome in the network?
Yes. We work with fleet carriers and independent owner operators, as long as they hold active authority and meet our FMCSA safety requirements.
